UNLV is conveniently located just 1.5 miles east of the world famous Las Vegas Strip and just 10 minutes from the airport. Use the “Science and Engineering Building” (SEB) when searching for the meeting venue in your phone or using Uber/Lyft/Taxi. Use UNLV’s interactive campus map for more detailed building/parking locations. General campus directions can be found here.
While the weather should be nice, hotels are a 20+ minute walk from campus. Free parking is available in Cottage Grove Parking Lot which is right next to SEB. Look for any spot marked “Student” on floors 2 and above.
Virgin Hotel Las Vegas (resort fee, free parking, casino)
Tuscany Suites and Casino (resort fee, free parking)
Silver Sevens Casino (resort fee, paid parking)
Note: Casinos allow smoking and resort fees are ~$45/night.

These hotels do not have smoking.
There are no shortage of hotels on the strip around campus. Most have smoking in the casino areas. We recommend searching aggregation sites like Expedia or Booking.com for deals but be sure to look into extra fees such as resort fee and parking.
Registration is now open. Note there is no fee to attend the meeting.
